Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actress and musician. The most famous of her roles is her theatre work and as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol, an American actress (female) is most well famous for her role as a regular in the television series That's So Raven.
